Mukhyamantri Aashrit Sewa Yojna has been implemented as per the budget announcement of State Government in FY (2022-23). Under this scheme, it has been envisaged to provide support and handhold families which comprise of specially abled or widows or old aged people. Implementation platforms of the scheme: Jan Aadhaar –Identification of target beneficiaries. Toll Free Helpline – For proactive calling of identified beneficiaries and vice versa. Service Facilitator Agency – Appointment of service facilitators to handhold the identified beneficiaries. e-Mitra – Service delivery platform. The typical operation flow can be categorized in three parts:- A. Handling of Citizen Service Requests The entire details with reference to service request will be recorded and assigned to the respective service facilitator. Citizen will also get acknowledgement by SMS with the unique service request number. The service request will be pushed to service facilitator. B. Citizen Service Fulfilment (Facilitation at the residence of the citizen by the service facilitator) The service facilitator will scan the required documents of citizen at his doorstep. Service facilitator will apply for the service chosen by citizen through emitra platform within 24 hours. C. Delivery and feedback of Services At every stage of service request processing, the applicant will be automatically updated via SMS. Also, citizen can track the status of their application at any time Once the service has been provided by respective Departments, the service/certificate/documents will be delivered to the applicant at his doorstep by the service facilitator. In case of Digital Signed Certificates, service representative shall download, take the print of the approved certificate on government approved pre-printed stationery and deliver to the applicant. Upon completion of Service Requests, a feedback call may be given by the call centre executive to applicant after 72 hours.
